KEY CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS
Definitions and Interpretation
The meanings of any defined terms used in these Articles are set out in Article XX. If any dispute arises in relation to the interpretation of these Articles or any of the Bye-Laws, it shall be resolved by the President or by his or her nominee.
PART - I
ARTICLE – I
1. Name
The name of the club is ‘FINROSTRA’. It will be the sole Finance Club of Gnanam School of Business. In these Articles it is called “the Club”.
1.1. Registered office
The registered office of the Club is situated in XXX.
ARTICLE – II
2. Purpose and Objective
2.1. The objects of the Club are the advancement of education of Students at Gnanam School of Business for the public benefit by:
2.2. promoting the interests and welfare of Students at Gnanam School of Business during their course of study and representing, supporting and advising Students;
2.3. being the recognised representative channel between Students and Gnanam School of Business and any other external bodies; and
2.4. providing social, cultural, sporting and recreational activities and forums for discussions and debate for the personal development of its Students.
